**Due to the privacy concerns of many citizens, the Auditor's Office may limit published images through this site to Plat Maps, Binding Site Plans, Condominiums, Land Corner Records, Short Plats, and Surveys. However, indexing information is available for all documents on-line.
Copies may be obtained in person in the Auditor's Office Recording Division, 1116 W Broadway on the first floor of the County Courthouse, through the mail or by calling the Recording Department at (509) 477-2270. Copies are $1.00 per page. For certified copies, please add $2.00 per document. Map copies are $5.00 for the first page and $3.00 for each additional page.
